Residential surveyors who would like to offer the Sava Home Condition Survey (sample here) product to their clients can apply by completing the attached application form and providing the relevant documents listed in the form.

Further Information: 

  • To be eligible, you must hold either the ABBE Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying (or Surveying and Valuation), Level 4 Diploma in Home Inspection, or you must be a member of RICS, CABE or CIOB. (If you qualified more than one-year ago you will need to send a copy of your latest 12 month CPD record.)
  • You will be required to hold Professional Indemnity insurance with a minimum of £250,000 cover.
  • After your free one-month trial, the cost of each report is £25+VAT, and an additional £3 + VAT if you use the integrated BCIS calculator. Reports are paid for via Direct Debit each month. If you would like to continue using the product after the trial period, we can send you a Direct Debit form to complete.
